Ingredients:
1 Large can of chickpeas
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 tbsp of parsley, chopped
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 tablespoons flour
Salt and Pepper

Oil for frying
Tahini for topping
and Lettuce, tomato, and pitas for dressing.

Start by grinding your corriander and cumin. Combine your chickpeas, garlic, onion, parsley, ground spices, flour, salt and pepper in in a food processor and mix them well until the result is a thick paste.

Form the mixture into small balls, and fry in oil at roughly 350 degrees until golden brown.

Serve them up in pitas,with tahini, tomatoes, and lettuce. Now your laughing.
