Lake of Stew

The Recipe:
1 bunch of carrots
1 bunch of celery
3-4 cobs of corn
4-5 tomatoes or 2 cans of whole tomatos
1 large can of Lime or Butter beans
1 can of tomato paste
2 onions
1 bulb of garlic
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper
some liquid smoke
Saute your onions, and garlic in a large pan, slowly add the carrots, and celery. Mix together your vinegar and tomato paste with some salt and pepper and a couple drops of liquid smoke. When the vegetables are just about cooked, add in 3 cups of water, the tomatoes, beans, corn and the ketchup you just made. Let it cook at medium heat while stirring occasionally. after about 20-30 minutes Your good to go.
