Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 lemon
1 onion
1 package of tofu cream cheese
1 pack of tofu sour cream
1 jar of sliced green olives
1 pck veggie ground round
2 gloves of garlic
1 jar of hot salsa
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup of mushrooms to be sliced
1 package of soy cheese
1 large bag of corn chips
First saute up your onions and garlic, then add in the chopped peppers, and mushrooms. Next Take the two avocados, some garlic, onion, and salt and pepper, and mix them together for your guacamole layer. Next your gonna want to whip together your tofu cream cheese and tofu sour cream.
Now your ready to start layering. Take a large pie dish and spread the cream cheese and sour cream mixture on the bottom. Next spread a layer of veggie ground round followed by your layer of sauted veggies. Your next layer will be comprised of half guacamole and half salsa. Top that with a hearty layer of grated soy cheese followed by the final layer of sliced olives to give it that 50’s mom touch. Bake it up at 375 until the cheesy topping melts. Now dip and be delighted.
