Recipe: Spicy Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients:
dry rice noodles (enough for 6)
9 tbsp Braggs seasoning
6tsp rice vinegar
3-6 tsp Asian chili sauce
3 tbsp nut butter
1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1 1/2 lb medium tofu, chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
3 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 cups bean spouts
1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, halved
6 cloves garlic, minced

IN a bowl whisk up the braggs, rice vinegar, chili sauce, nut butter, and vegetable stock. Saute up the rest of the ingredients except for the noodles. add in the sauce, and cooked noodles and the same time, let it stand at meduim-low heat until it has reduced a bit and your good to go.
