Recipe: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
3 different loaves of bread, a homemade loaf, the store bought white bread, and one loaf of french bread
2 types of store bought vegan cheese one that is a processed cheese slice style (Vegan Brand) and one that is American block cheese style (Earth Island Brand)
earth balance margarine

Ingredients for the Cheesy Spread we make:
1 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of water
1 1/2 red peppers (roasted)
1/3 cup of quick cook oats
1/3 cup of crushed cashews
1/2 cup of nutrtional yeast
2 tbsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp onion powder
1 clove of garlic
a pinch of cayenne pepper

To make the spread, Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and let it rip until it becomes a smooth consistency.

Once you have all of your cheeses ready all you need to do is cover one side of each slice of bread with the margarine, then put your cheesy selection in between two of the slices with the margarine side facing outwards. From there just fry them up at medium high heat until golden brown and crispy on each side.
