Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup Soy Milk
1 1/4 cup Raspberries
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder.
Preheat the oven at 375. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and spices. In a smaller bowl whip the oil, soymilk and sugar together. Combine the two bowls and mix until you have a nice runny batter. Feel free to add more soymilk if the batter looks too dry. When you have a batter, add in the raspberries and distribute evenly. Pour the batter into a 8″ x8″ baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cake is golden brow.
