Recipe:
5 Sweet potatoes
1 package of soy cheese
1 package of gravy mix
1 package of large tortillas
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 liter of oil for deep frying
Process
Cut the potatoes into fries and cover them in salt pepper & oil. Bake them at 375 for 25-30 minutes flipping them halfway through. In the meantime get your packaged gravy mixing up on the stove top, and cut your soy cheese into chunks. Once the fries are finished cooking and the gray ready mix them together with the soy cheese in a large bowl. Thats going to be the filling for the Pouchanga. Next take a tortilla and put a generous amount of filling on it. Then Fold it and roll it like a burrito. Now get your oil heating in a large pot on the stove top. Deep fry the Pouchanga for about 5- 7 minutes until it is crispy and brown.. Now your ready to dive in, Good Luck.
